On September 23, young men from around the North Texas District gathered in Garland for the district Ranger of the Year evaluation. The Waco section was represented by Chris Trower, Waco sectional FCF scout and Jr. Commander. He competed as an Expedition Ranger, where he achieved Outstanding and was named District Ranger of the Year. Because of his achievement at the district level, he has earned the right to move on to regional Ranger of the Year, to compete to become not only Regional Ranger of the Year, but also National Ranger of the Year. Congratulations Chris and good luck at regional.
