The funeral for Joanne Bryan is going to be at 9:30 AM on Friday, September 21, 2007 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove. There is a lunch that will be provided after the funeral for all Royal Rangers commanders that can stay. This will be taking place across the street from Lou Bryan’s house. The visitation was held this evening (Thursday, September 20, 2007).
Commanders planning on attending the funeral are asked to wear their uniforms. Class A is preferred.

Funeral services for Joanne Theresa Bryan, 44, of Copperas Cove, will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove with Pastor Mark Kelsay, of First Assembly of God in Copperas Cove, officiating. Interment will follow in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
She died Sept. 16, 2007, at her residence.
Joanne was born June 10, 1963, to Joe McGrath and Barbara McCullin McGrath. On April 24, 1988, she married Louis Bryan in Jersey City, N.J., and to this union, three children were born. She received her bachelor’s degree from Caldwell College in New Jersey.
Joanne was a teacher at Cove Christian School in Copperas Cove. She also was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, where she was actively involved in many of the church activities. She will always be remembered for her love of children. Joanne was mothering to all children who came in contact with her.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Bryan of Copperas Cove; son, Jonathan Michael Bryan of Copperas Cove; daughters, Jennifer Michelle Bryan of Waxahachie and Jessica Michael Bryan, who is attending Prairie View A&M; mother, Barbara Aurebach and her husband, Paul, of Little Fairy, N.J.; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
