The 2007 Waco Section Ranger Kids Field Day is coming up on October 20, 2007. This year it is being held at First Assembly of God in Waco. Registration will begin at 9:00 and activities begin at 10:00. The cost is $5 per person. There are many events planned for a day jammed full of excitement. This year’s field day theme is western, so wear your best western outfit and the winner will receive a special prize. Other events are: Calf Roping, Long Distance Spear Throwing, Cow Chip Toss, Pony Express Horse Race, Wild Bird Chase, Oreo Eating Competition, Water Gun Game, Wild Dress Bonanza, and free Wagon dogs (hot dogs). Lunch is being provided.

All the games and prizes are going to be provided, however in order to have enough for everyone, we need you to pre-register the number of people that you are bringing. There is a pre-registration form[1] online that you can fill out online and let us know how many you are bringing. Also, available online is the registration form[2] that you will need to bring filled out to registration on October 20. A map[3] to First A/G in Waco is also available online.

If you have any questions, please contact Heather Follis, Waco section Ranger Kids coordinator, at delheather@hot.rr.com. Commanders lets make this year’s Ranger Kids field day the best that it can be and don’t forget to wear your western wear.
