Here’s a reminder about the Leadership Training Academy classes that will be held at Lakeview Camp over the next few weeks. The pre-registration deadline for the first session is this Saturday, February 2.
Please have your registration postmarked by that date so we can have the necessary materials and food ready for you when you arrive.

Leadership Training Academy
The North Texas Royal Rangers will be hosting a series of Leadership Training Academy (LTA) training sessions during the month of February and March. A leader who is interested in earning his or her Leaders Medal of Achievement will be able to complete all of the required modules with the exception of the first aid course and the LTA Camp-Out or RK Skills. These will be scheduled later.
You must pre-register to attend these training sessions. Complete an application for the session(s) you wish to attend and return to the district office, with payment, by the pre-registration deadline. Applications are available here:

Sessions will be held Friday night and all day Saturday. If you desire, you may spend the night in the Ollie Henley Lodge (men) or the First Aid/Communications building (ladies) for free. You may sign up for lodging in one of these facilities on the registration form. You can also indicate if you want to purchase breakfast and/or lunch during the training sessions.
The required LTA modules to earn the Leaders Medal of Achievement, and the dates they are offered, are:
