I just wanted to let you know that the January 2008 sectional newsletter[1] is now available online at the Waco Section Royal Rangers web site. Also available online is the 2008 Round-Up packet[2]. Other Round-Up files available online include: the Round-Up schedule[3], the Round-Up registration form[4], the Round-Up leaders registration form[5], the Round-Up permission form[6], and the Round-Up B&W flyer[7]. A color flyer for Round-Up will be made available shortly.
By now, all chartered commanders (whose contact information was included on your church’s charter application), sectional staff, A/G churches, and chartered non-A/G churches should have received the first postcard reminder. The Waco Section has decided to change our public relations this year. Instead of printing and mailing newsletters and event packets, we are going to have these postcards produced and mail them out to remind you of upcoming events and inform you of when newsletters and event packets are available online. If you are a chartered commander for 2007-2008 charter year and you did not receive this postcard (and it doesn’t arrive by the weekend), please contact David Trower, sectional web and publications coordinator, and he will determine if your contact information was included in your church’s charter application.
