Waco Section Royal Rangers

The National Royal Rangers Office has posted information on the national web site (royalrangers.ag.org) concerning the new Utility Uniform.  They have a PDF file that describes the proper method to wear the utility uniform and also the GPH numbers for the different uniform patches.  The utility uniform is not the only option open to your outpost.  With these changes to the uniform, we now have 4 types of uniforms: dress, formal, utility, and special.  More information about these types of uniforms can be found in the Seek and Save magazine article “Uniform Options.”

Some of the important information is repeated below for your ease of ordering information.  It is important to note that not all of the new patches for the uniforms have arrived yet, but delivery of them is anticipated in the next few weeks.

As you are looking through the local outpost insignia patches your might encounter new terminology for local leaders.  As a church you will need to decide whether to continue with the commander terminology for your age group leaders, assistant leaders, and junior leaders or to go with the group leader terminology for those individuals.

New Uniform Patches

Utility uniform shirts can be found on the National Royal Rangers Superstore (where beginning August 15, when the new online chartering begins, chartered outposts will begin getting a 15% discount when orders are placed through the Royal Rangers Superstore).  The new Tack Pants are also available on the Royal Rangers Superstore.
